GlobEx Developments is a family business that was essentially founded in 1998 by brothers-in-law, Greg Wozniak and Slava Aaron Tenenbaum, when we they built our adjacent first homes by subdividing a historic lot in Morton Grove, Illinois. Today, after completing many interesting and challenging projects, both of us are integrally involved in the operations of the company that concentrates solely in building custom homes. We continue overseeing the construction of each GlobEx Developments home as carefully as if each were our own.
Greg Wozniak graduated from the University of Notre Dame with the degree in Economics. After graduation, he worked for the consulting division of Arthur Andersen LLP, and then Kraft Foods and Barilla America, gaining general management experience through key management roles in Finance, Sales and Brand Management/Marketing. He also obtained an MBA degree in Management Strategy and Marketing from Northwestern University's KELLOGG School of Management. Greg started investing in real estate projects as a hobby, and made a decision to leave corporate world to put all of his energy and extensive general management experience into GlobEx Developments, Inc. Greg enjoys working with clients to create their "dream" homes at great value as he offers extensive knowledge of construction industry. Greg's responsibilities include managing all aspects of the company's custom home projects.
Slava Aaron Tenenbaum serves as legal counsel to GlobEx Developments, drafting and negotiating the company's contracts with clients, vendors and sub-contractors, and providing general legal advice. Having completed university studies in languages and history in Europe, Slava graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 1998 and operated a private legal practice working on various transactional, bankruptcy and litigation matters, including numerous commercial and residential real estate closings and mechanic's liens cases. Slava brings a client-focused organized and detail-oriented approach to GlobEx Developments. He works on implementation of various unique custom details, including cabinetry, wine cellars, media and home spa solutions.
Our commitment does not stop with closing or issuance of the occupancy permit for your custom home, it extends beyond and into creating lasting relationships with our clients. Both GlobEx principals reside with their families in Glenview, and many of our previous clients became our neighbors who will be happy to offer references and share their experience of building with GlobEx Developments. We encourage such personal visits and conversations, as this provides a true insight into the way GlobEx Developments manages custom home construction project and reflects on our abilities to satisfy your unique needs.Homes For Sale
