We didn’t want to have a house built from scratch, but we wanted new construction. After looking at about 40 homes, we feel very lucky that our realtor found us a home being built by GlobEx. We could see the exceptional quality that Greg Wozniak put into this home within minutes after entering. He used the highest quality materials. The doors, cabinets, floors, tile, countertops and general design are all outstanding. The attention to detail continually amazed us. The house was about 75% finished when we went under contract and Greg and Chris couldn’t have been nicer about letting us make some changes to suit our needs. They let us have a say in whatever was left to choose, although most things were so beautiful, there was no need to make new choices. GlobEx couldn’t have been more cooperative, more generous and more accommodating. They went out of their way to do anything we asked for. We felt so very lucky to have found this beautiful house and even luckier to have been able to work with Greg and Chris. They take great pride in their work and they insist on delivering a perfect finished product. If you chose them to build your house, I guarantee you will be glad you did.

We chose to build our custom home with Globex after seeing several homes that he and his team had built in Glenview, IL. Each home we saw had character, beautiful custom built ins, molding and trim, and the highest quality of cabinetry and countertops. While building our own home with Globex we found they were extremely knowledgeable and patient. Greg met with us on a regular basis to discuss every detail as the house went up. Whenever we had a question he was prompt with his answers. We felt very secure throughout the entire process. Greg and his team are professional, honest, and hardworking. We feel very comfortable in recommending Globex to build your custom home.

We met with many builders before choosing Greg and his Globex team to build our home. We chose Greg because he was extremely knowledgeable, forthright and used excellent finishes to build beautiful homes. We have not been disappointed and throughout the entire process, we felt our future home and the significant financial investment we were making were in very safe hands.

With Globex, we had a team working for us in putting together our home. Greg would meet with us periodically and review plans and ideas for the home. Greg directed us to various vendors all of whom were also excellent! Agnieszka helped take my ideas and designed drawings. Agnieszka was a pleasure to work with and has excellent taste in selecting finishes. Chris, the Project Manager, did an exceptional job keeping the project on track and executing the designs. He was receptive to both small and big requests. He used his considerable expertise to find new and creative solutions and ideas for things that we wanted.

At all steps of the process, we always felt that the whole Globex team was striving to build us the best home they could. They were patient, responsive and accommodating. They understood the style of home we were trying to achieve and made recommendations based on our needs as opposed to what they have always done. After moving in, we notice everyday little things around the house that exemplify their attention to detail. We are proud of the final outcome and feel privileged to live in a Globex home! We would wholeheartedly recommend Globex to anyone considering building a home or considering buying a Globex home.

After struggling with the decision to leave downtown Chicago and make the move to the suburbs (uggg….), the most immediate comfort we found was working with Greg, Chris and his team to customize our dream home. The craftsmanship and attention to detail sets them apart, but what we found to be most impressive is their customer service. Greg and Chris were operating under a short timeline to complete the home, but never cut any corners and continued to come back until the project was done to its best. Like any brand new home it’s to be expected that you’ll have some minor issues that arise post-close, but Greg and Chris were very prompt to address those issues knowing the home they build reflects on the quality they strive to obtain. Where to begin – Greg & his team at Globex have truly made our dreams come true. When we decided to build a custom home (from scratch) we had no idea the undertaking we were getting ourselves into – quite often people would say, be careful of your builder, watch out they are honest, make sure they do good job on their work – so with hesitations in the process, we began and just completed working with Greg, Chris and their team at Globex and WOW were we lucky. Not only are we grateful for the work they put into our home, which down to every little detail is perfection, but they became somewhat of a family to us – providing us immense help, guidance and support along the way. The quality of work from their custom cabinets, to their painting crew the tiling, electricians was amazing – every single professional that came into our home blew away our expectations. We truly feel we have a show stopping home and couldn’t have even come close to getting the final product without each and every one of them.

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Globex on a custom home for one of my interior design clients. The Globex team was very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable…always came up with creative solutions. Some contractors tend to get annoyed with the “special requests” that interior designers can make and Globex never took that attitude. They always made me feel like part of their team.
